Nice hotel, in an excellent location, with very friendly staff. The hotel is very easy to get to/from whether you arrive in the BART or any other transportation. It is modern, clean and the staff are extremely friendly.

Great hotel off the main Market Street in downtown San Francisco. Very central to main attractions and public transport. Clean and tidy. Good bed and pillows. Quiet. Nice reception area to sit and plan things.

The room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect close to the Powell cable car, the F line and the BART to the airport. There is an excellent Irish Bar called Foleys within walking distance.

Central location. Comfy beds. Bit less modern vs expected. Complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Kettle, mini fridge in the room. Tote bag with wine, water & snacks at check in. Luggage storage post check out.

Very convenient travel location. Near Powell St BART station with quick transit to SFO. Very fresh and tidy room, with modern amenities. Received a nice gift on arrival which was appreciated.

Booking.com said the parking was free, but we paid over $70 for parking. Too tired to argue with staff, plus the streets were under construction.
